Cancellations: If we ever have to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we’ll refund you completely.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change.

Copyright: All art and photos belong to us! Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

Shipping: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. Once we ship your package, we aren't responsible for postal delays or lost mail and we also can't control major disruptions like natural disasters.

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the cost to reship it.

Returns and Refunds: Return undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund. If an item arrives damaged, just email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll exchange it.
